Our approach
Our quality and service sets us apart. At Rocket Digital, we don’t use Account Managers. The person you speak to is the person that manages your printing, which means we understand your business first hand. You can rely on us to deliver what we say we will, when we say we will – and when something comes up unexpectedly, our dedicated team make fast turnaround times possible. We take genuine pride in our ability to deliver creative printing solutions for our clients, and we never compromise on quality.
Our technology
We’re not complacent. We’re always on the lookout for the latest printing technology that will benefit our clients. We use UV and Latex printers that allow us to produce prints as large as 3.2 metres, on virtually any material – from paper, cardboard and fabric through to aluminium and even wood. We also use a range of laminating and finishing technology to ensure we deliver end to end printing services that are affordable and fast.
Our commitment to the environment
We promote sustainability every day by recycling all of our waste paper, boxes, toner, ink and used cartridges. Our clients can also choose to print on a wide range of recycled materials.
Our flatbed printer uses UV-curable inks and our roll-to-roll printers use water-based formulations of HP Latex inks. These inks reduce the impact on the environment when compared with solvent-based printing, and deliver high image quality.
